A few months ago, I met this guy from the insurance industry who wants to recruit me into his team. It's worth to mention that he has been successful with his career achievement, looking into expanding his agency. He mentioned that I should keep up with the entrepreneurial spirit even I dun join his team at the end of the day, becoz if I end up to go find another job, I would still leave that company soon or later. Till today, I continue to strive on and never turn my back, bearing those words from him...

Act First But Slow Down
I used to wait for things to happen before I act. I used to make excuses for myself for not completing the work. However, I'm pushing myself to act first instead of waiting. I failed before, and thereby learning from my failure...I need to make the first move.
I'm impatient, always want to realise things before my interest dies down. I can do things fast, but not everyone else can move in the pace as fast as mine. I would feel frustrated to stop to wait for others, and keep hurrying others to move. In which, I'm starting to slow down my steps and accomodate others who happen to be slow-pacers...

Number Game
I have not been good at numbers, and all the most if possible to evade dealing with numbers...that's why I left the business projections to my partner in my first business, haha...And after getting involved with project management, I felt the importance of knowing the numbers...thereby realising that I should expose myself to deal with numbers...almost went to the verge to consider getting a PMP certification, haha...
After taking over as the director of the business, I have to take care as much as the finances, human resources, marketing, business development issues despite being uncomfortable with numbers, haha. I even volunteer to undertake the finances of my other business, so as to control the costs and project the necessary efforts to take place...
It's all about learning new stuff, and I'm ready to jump on the learning curve again...I felt assured and glad working with business veterans who were willing to teach and groom me to become the business successor...
